Staying for 9 night with whole family 1) No kettle in the room, so if you have baby for making some food or need coffe or tea you better choose other hotel 2) No complimentary drinking water, just consider it as additional expense on your travelling budget 3) Old furniture, bad sound proofing, i can hear other room customer farting or vice versa 4) same breakfast everyday , boiling eggs, and salad + breas 5) near to tram station aksaray, 5 mins walk 6)walking distance 20 minutes to agya sophia 6) near to bus station, 5 mins walk

Location wise, it is good for businessmen who like to buy lots of garment / textile / shoes etc in bulk quantity. Close to Laleli and Yenikapi public transport. The hotel is quite old from last century design, Turkish breakfast is standard and fine. Hotel staff - some of them are friendly the other are rude and unfriendly at all. By 12.00 the staff will remind you on the check-out time. The housekeeping complained if the check out time is a bit late than 12.00. We also asked the transportation service to other area in Istanbul ... the driver also complained and questioned why we needed to go to place we didn't know before (plus asking extra money but he gave us his name card in case we need transportation to go to airport!!!)

The hotel is terrible their rooms are so dirty and the service is the worse they’re just so mean I was waiting in for breakfast and at last they give food to other people but not me and I was first in line and their service is horrible their net is bad the rooms are dirty the breakfast is disgusting it’s not even yummy and the people that work here they’re all very mean they never clean the rooms And the rooms are hot we booked 2 rooms and they’re both hot they don’t even have an AC idk what that thing is on the wall but it’s not an AC and it’s bad it doesn’t give cold air all the blankets are dirty they have brown spots on them it’s so ewww I’m never staying at this hotel never again 🤢🤮

We stayed for a couple of nights at Istanbul Royal hotel. We didn't like their services and the breakfast at all.We couldn't cancelled our booking otherwise we would have run away. In the same price we can get a a much better place to stay. We regret our decision.
